Eastern Steel supplies seamless steel pipe manufactured to API 5L requirements for oil and gas transportation and related pipeline applications. Available supply includes Grade B, X42, X52, X60, and X70 in PSL1 and PSL2, with specified outside diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths, and end preparations available according to production capability and project requirements.
Supply can be arranged for standard orders as well as project-specific requirements, including inspection, material certification, traceability, and delivery documentation.
API 5L seamless pipe is produced from solid round billets through a seamless manufacturing route that includes heating, rotary piercing, rolling or elongation, sizing, heat treatment when required, and final inspection. Production is controlled according to the specified API 5L grade, PSL, dimensions, and applicable project requirements.
The manufacturing route and inspection requirements are adjusted according to pipe size, grade, PSL, and the applicable purchase specification.
