Material requirements of black steel pipe

Date:2023-03-01View:475Tags: black steel pipe
sc line pipe is thick wall galvanized steel pipe.

That is, the commonly seen welded pipe, also known as black steel pipe, is a galvanized steel conduit. The color of galvanizing is silver-white hot-dip plating, which is used for dark laying or places with high strength requirements. It is mostly used in floor walls during construction.

The characteristics of sc line pipe are thinner instead of thicker and lighter in weight, which can effectively reduce the project cost, easy to carry, smooth inner weld seam, good fireproof, anti-electric shock ability, good shielding performance and anti-interference performance. Can be used for communication control, network integrated wiring through the pipe.

sc pipe

The name of SC pipe in electrical construction is common name of ordinary welded pipe (black iron pipe). It is widely used in electrical construction of engineering now. It is generally laid in the wall and roof.

SC pipe is a kind of metal welded pipe, but due to the difficulty of construction, it is only used when the pipe diameter is greater than or equal to 50. As for the pipe diameter less than 50, it is generally replaced by JDG or KBG pipe.

Analysis of construction specification requirements for sc wire conduit connection:

1. The model and specification meet the design requirements, and there is an obvious non-shedding product mark on the surface of the pipe.
2. The coating on the inner and outer walls of the metal is uniform and intact, without rust and other phenomena.

3. The pipe connecting sleeve and its metal accessories are smooth and free of defects such as burrs, flashes, blisters, air bubbles, cracks, and deformation.
4. The wall thickness of the material connection sleeve and its metal accessories is uniform, flat and smooth, and the threads are neat and smooth in line with product design requirements.
5. The pipe wall thickness and inner and outer diameters should be uniform.

6. The steel conduit has no flattening and the inner wall is smooth.
7. The welding seam is even, without splitting, trachoma, thorns and flattening.
8. The conduit has no serious corrosion.

SC pipe material requirements

1. SC is a welded steel pipe, and the inner and outer walls should be treated with anti-corrosion during laying (including underground). SC is a welded pipe in the specification, and it is thick-walled. The wall thickness is usually not less than 3mm. SC is a thick-walled galvanized steel pipe. TC is an electrical pipe used for laying electrical pipes in the basement. It is used for laying electrical pipes on the ground. The above two pipes do not need to be used for internal anti-corrosion when laying concrete in the dark.

2. Features: The steel conduit has no flattening and the inner wall is smooth. The weld seam is even, free from splitting, trachoma, thorns and flattening. Conduits are free from severe corrosion. The shape of the lock nut is intact, the screw thread is clear, and there is no warping deformation. Tube diameter, wall thickness and uniformity.
