According to the different guarantee conditions of different grades in the standard, select the steel type that meets the requirements of the orderer, confirm the manufacturing method specified in the standard, find out the allowable deviation of the order specification size, and select the accuracy level.
5. The ordering party should select the delivery status according to the requirements of deep processing materials on the mechanical properties and processing properties of steel pipes, and confirm the relevant values of mechanical properties and processing properties of steel pipes in this deep processing. The state can guarantee.
6. For the terms in the standard, when the ordering party has requirements beyond the guarantee required by the standard, the "optional" (or separate order) terms can be selected as the guarantee conditions of the agreement, and the order can also be placed after the supplier agrees. Supplementary terms, as a basis for delivery.
7. According to the characteristics of steel pipe products and the specific conditions of storage, transportation, stacking, etc., determine the packaging requirements for steel pipe products.
8. Finally, put forward the order quantity and negotiate with the supplier on the delivery date. After confirming all the contents are correct, the orderer should fill in the complete order form.
9. If the ordering party has difficulty in completing Articles 4 and 5 of this notice, it shall obtain the help and guidance of the sales engineer of the supplier: the ordering party shall explain the post-processing method and specific processing requirements of the steel pipe material, such as the use of this material for processing. Submit the usage requirements of other completed parts (pieces) to the supplier, and the supplier will assist in selecting the delivery state of the steel type, and properly adjust the mechanical properties or processing performance range of the corresponding delivery state, so that the supplier can abide by the agreement . , organize the production of steel pipe products that meet the requirements of the ordering party.
