What determines the quality of ERW pipes?

In the production process of ERW pipes, every processing is performed at high temperature, so the heating operation is a very important process that determines product quality. Heating furnaces can be divided into continuous heating furnaces and box heating furnaces according to their functions. The former is used to heat the slab from room temperature to the processing temperature, and the latter is used to heat the slab to the required processing temperature during processing.

The welding process of ERW pipe is different from that of ordinary welded pipe. The weld seam is melted from the base material of the steel strip body, and its mechanical strength is better than that of ordinary welded pipes. Smooth appearance, high precision and low cost. Generally used in circulating cooling water pipes, pressure drainage pipes, and rainwater pipes in workshops, high-rise buildings, etc.

Ordinary welded pipes are generally used to transport low-pressure liquids. The material is Q195A, Q215A, Q235A steel, and can also be made of other low carbon steels. The steel pipe should have words such as pressure, bending, and flattening. According to the wall thickness rules, they are divided into ordinary steel pipes and thickened steel pipes. According to the end points, they can be divided into threaded pipes and unthreaded pipes.
