Pipeline cleaning method for seamless hydraulic tubes

In order to ensure the cleanliness of the lubrication system and supply clean grease to the bearings of mechanical equipment, the pre-installed pipeline must be removed and cleaned. Cleaning has two kinds of kerosene cleaning and pickling.

Kerosene cleaning objects and methods
Object: copper pipe, stainless seamless steel pipe;
method:
1. Steel pipes that have been pickled before pre-installation and have no rust or scale on the inner wall;
2. Dirty pipe joints during pre-installation;
3. Disassemble the pipes and joints that need to be cleaned, wipe the inside of the pipes with a cloth (or wool yarn) dipped in kerosene, soak the two ends and joints in kerosene to clean, and then coat the inside of the pipes with engine oil or fill them with grease. Sealed and ready to install;
4. After cleaning, there should be no visible pollutants (such as iron filings, fibrous impurities, welding slag, etc.), and special attention should be paid to the inner wall welding slag of the welding place must be thoroughly cleaned.

Pickling objects and methods


Objects: steel pipes that have not been pickled before pre-installation; steel pipes that have been pickled but are now severely corroded.
method:
1. Use a degreasing agent to remove the grease adhering to the piping;
2. Remove the dirt on the pipe with clean water;
3. Remove rust spots, rolling iron filings, etc. on the pipe wall in the pickling solution;
4. Rinse the attachments produced in the above operations with clean water, and rinse the inside of the pipe with high-pressure water;
5. Neutralize the residual acid on the pipe with lye;
6. In order to dry effectively, the pipe should be soaked in hot water or steam dried, and the pipe should be completely dry;
7. Check the pipe after pickling to see if it is cleaned;
8. Immediately after pickling, seal the opening of the tube with plastic or plastic tape to prevent the intrusion of foreign matter and water.

Hydraulic pipe installation

1. All steel pipes can be pickled before installation, especially the steel pipes connected with ferrule-type pipe joints should be pickled first, and then the ferrule is pre-fastened on the pipe end;
2. All pipe joints should be cleaned with kerosene before installation, and the o-rings inside should be temporarily removed and kept until they are formally installed;
3. During construction, keep the oil ports of pumps, distributors and other equipment, pipe joints, pipe ends and other openings clean, and prevent foreign objects such as water and dust from entering;
4. The pipeline should be laid in a free state, and the welded pipeline should not be fixed and connected forcibly by applying excessive radial force;
5. The oil hole of the bearing seat should be checked in advance, whether the internal oil circuit is smooth, and whether the thread of the oil port matches the joint.

Hydraulic Fitting Installation


1. When the hose is moving or stationary, it cannot be bent excessively, nor can it be bent at the root, and it must start to bend at least 1.5 times its diameter;

2. When the rubber hose moves to the extreme position, it should not be pulled too tightly, but should be relatively loose;
3. Try to avoid torsional deformation of the hose;
4. The rubber hose should be kept away from heat radiation components as far as possible, and a heat shield should be installed if necessary;
5. The external damage of the hose should be avoided, such as long-term friction on the surface of the same component during use;
6. If the rubber hose is excessively deformed due to its own weight, there should be supporting parts.

Advantages of hydraulics


Compared with mechanical transmission and electric transmission, hydraulic transmission has the following advantages:

1. Various components of hydraulic transmission can be conveniently and flexibly arranged according to needs.
2. Light weight, small size, small motion inertia and fast response.
3. It is easy to operate and control, and can realize a wide range of stepless speed regulation (speed regulation range up to 2000:1).
4. It can realize overload protection automatically.
5. Mineral oil is generally used as the working medium, and the relative moving surface can be lubricated by itself, and the service life is long;
6. It is easy to realize linear motion.
7. It is easy to realize the automation of the machine. When the electro-hydraulic joint control is adopted, not only a higher degree of automatic control process can be realized, but also remote control can be realized.

Disadvantages of hydraulics


1. Due to the large resistance and leakage of fluid flow, the efficiency is low. If not handled properly, the leakage will not only pollute the site, but may also cause fire and explosion accidents.

2. Since the working performance is easily affected by temperature changes, it is not suitable to work under very high or low temperature conditions.
3. The manufacturing precision of hydraulic components is high, so the price is relatively expensive.
4. Due to the leakage of the liquid medium and the influence of compressibility, a strict transmission ratio cannot be obtained.
5. It is not easy to find out the reason when the hydraulic transmission fails; the use and maintenance require a high technical level.
