XT39 drill pipe is a type of drill pipe used for drilling. It can be used for drilling and production purposes in oil rigs. XT39 drill pipe has a torque of 26.3kNm and can be used to connect the drill bit in drilling operations. The pipes are available in different sizes. The nominal outer diameter ranges from 4 inches and above. There are different grades and the XT39 drill pipe specifications vary depending on the grade of pipe. The wall thickness ranges from 0.33 inches.
The connection type and tool joint are also specified.
The XT39 drill pipe connection is of XT39 type and is compatible with 4 7/8 inch outer diameter pipes.

XT-39 drill pipe is a high-performance drill pipe specially designed for extreme drilling conditions, with the following specific application scenarios:

In some drilling projects of PetroChina, after using the XT-39 double-shoulder drill pipe joint, the rigidity and torsional resistance of the drill pipe and drill pipe joint met the field requirements, and no drilling tool failure occurred.
These advantages make XT-39 drill pipe an ideal alternative to traditional drill pipe in deepwater drilling, especially in operating environments that require high performance and extreme conditions.
