Common domestic hydraulic pipe fittings standards include JB/T 7306, JB/T 7987, GB/T 9065, etc. Among them, GB/T 9065 is a mechanical industry standard, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic hose fittings and pipe fittings with an inner diameter of 6~50mm. The sizes of these domestic standard fittings are mostly metric, and common specifications include M10×1, M12×1.5, M18×1.5, etc.
Common foreign hydraulic pipe fitting standards include SAE J514, JIS B2351, ISO 8434-1, DIN 2353, etc. Among them, SAE J514 is an American standard and is applicable to hydraulic pipe fittings. ISO 8434-1 is a European standard and is applicable to hydraulic connectors with pressures below 630 bar. The sizes of these foreign standards are mostly in inches, and common specifications include 1/4-18, 3/8-18, 1/2-14, etc.
Common domestic flange hydraulic pipe fitting standards include JB/T 7859, GB/T 9117, GB/T 9118, etc. Among them, JB/T 7859 is applicable to fasteners at the flange connection of high-pressure hydraulic fittings, and GB/T 9117 and GB/T 9118 are applicable to fasteners at the flange connection of normal pressure hydraulic fittings.
The commonly used plug-in hydraulic pipe fitting standards in China include GB/T 10422, JB/T 5026, ZSJ 03001, etc. Among them, GB/T 10422 is applicable to plug-in fittings for normal pressure and medium and low pressure hydraulic pipelines. JB/T 5026 is applicable to plug-in fittings for hydraulic systems with a pressure of 31.5MPa and below. ZSJ 03001 is the railway industry standard.
