How to test the quality of hot rolled seamless steel pipe?
2. Check the shape change and crack of the hot-rolled seamless pipe. The seamless steel pipe that has been cut after nitriding, heat treatment and quenching can be produced and processed immediately if the shape variable is within the specified range. For deformation deviations, straightening should be performed. Cracked seamless steel pipes are usually broken and resolved immediately.
5. Permeation layer quality inspection. Including carburized layer depth value, carburized layer carbon concentration value, cementite distribution, retained martensite, austenite morphology and its grade identification, etc.
