How to bend the seamless precision tube?

Seamless precision tube will be processed into various types of shapes in the production process, and many times need to be bent. This requires seamless precision tubes to have very good flexibility. 1. Cutting and stamping of seamless precision tubes: The seamless precision tubes are stronger than ordinary materials, so higher pressure is required for cutting, and plasma or laser cutting is used.

2. When gas cutting or electric arc cutting has to be used, the seamless precision tube should be thoroughly removed from rust, oil, moisture, paint and other impurities before processing.

How to bend seamless precision tube:

1. After welding the seamless precision tube, in order to prevent corrosion and strength reduction, the surface should be treated or cleaned. The heat-affected zone is to be bent and heat treatment must be carried out. The seamless precision tube is processed and bent. The thin plate can be bent to 180, in order to reduce the crack of the bent plate with the radius of twice the thickness of the plate.

2. When the thick plate is along the rolling direction, give 2 times the plate thickness radius, especially when welding, in order to avoid processing cracks, surface bending of the welding area should be carried out.
