What are the deformations of seamless elbows?

Modified form of stamping elbow:

1. Flange type refers to the pipe end that protrudes inward or outward and the edges are rounded: a pipe fitting that forms a bulge or groove in the circumferential direction of the pipe;

2. The pipe fittings with variable wall thickness in stamping elbows mean that the wall thickness changes along the length of the pipe;

3. Change straight pipes into bent pipes with different curvature radii, such as elbows, elbows, etc.;

4. Stamping elbow reducing pipe fittings refer to reducing the diameter of the pipe end or a certain part of the pipe; pipe fittings with a crimped and sealed bottom to increase the total strength of the pipe end, and pipe fittings that crimp or seal the pipe end to the outside or inside of the pipe;

5. For pipe fittings with changed cross-sections, the circular cross-section can be changed into square, elliptical, polygonal, etc. according to requirements.

Maintenance tips for stamping elbows:

1. During installation, the stamping elbow can be directly installed on the pipe according to the connection method and installed according to the usage position. Generally, it can be installed at any position in the pipeline, but it requires convenient operation and inspection. Note that the medium flow direction of the cut-off stamping elbow should be under the vertical valve disc. Stamping elbows can only be installed horizontally. When installing stamping elbows, pay attention to sealing to prevent leakage and affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

2. Stamping elbows stored for a long time should be inspected regularly. The exposed processing surface must be kept clean, remove dirt, and be stored neatly in a ventilated and dry place indoors. Stacking or open storage is strictly prohibited. Always keep the stamping elbow dry and ventilated, keep the bracket clean and tidy, and store it according to accurate storage methods.

3. The stamping elbow should always be kept clean during use, and the transmission thread must be lubricated regularly. When a fault is discovered, stop the vehicle immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.

4. A handwheel should be used for stamping elbows. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damaging the valve. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close, otherwise it will open. Be fair when using it and ensure that the manner and method of use is accurate.

5. The bolts of the packing gland of the stamped elbow valve should be tightened evenly and must not be pressed into a bent state to avoid being bruised, hindering the movement of the valve stem or causing leakage.

6. When using ball valves, stop valves and gate valves with stamped elbows, they should only be used to fully open or fully close. It is not allowed to be used to adjust flow to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. Both the gate valve and the upper thread stop valve are equipped with an inverted sealing device. Turn the handwheel to the upper position and tighten it to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.
