finally a pipe of specified size is formed.
2. Hot-rolled seamless tube: The steel
billet is heated to an appropriate temperature, and then subjected to multiple
rolling, perforation, and re-rolling processes, and finally a seamless tube of
specified size is produced.
3. Hot extrusion seamless pipe: The heated
steel billet is placed in the extruder, and the inner hole steel billet is
subjected to the extrusion force to gradually form a hollow billet, and then
the hollow billet is further processed through the rolling mill to finally form
a seamless pipe with specified size.
4. High-frequency welded
steel pipe: Through the steel strip plate or steel strip coil material, it
is processed through roller forming, high-frequency welding, internal and
external welding and other processes to finally form a high-frequency welded
pipe with specified size.
5. Thermal power pipe making: Through
resistance heating, the specified section of the long steel pipe is heated to
the appropriate temperature, and then the pipe billet is flattened by hammering
or air pressure, and then forged or extruded to finally form a high-pressure
boiler tube with specified size.
