The main implementation standards of ASTM seamless steel line pipe are as follows:

ASTM A53-A53M.2010: Uncoated and hot-dip galvanized welded and seamless nominal steel pipe

ASTM A36/A36M2004: Standard Specification for Carbon Structural Steel

ASTM A106/A106M-2002a: Specification for seamless carbon steel pipe for high temperature

ASTM A210/A210M-2003: Specification for seamless medium carbon steel pipes for boilers and superheaters

ASTM A213/A213Mb-2004: Specification for seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy steel heat transfer tubes for boiler superheaters and heat exchangers

ASTM A333/A333M-2004: Specification for seamless and welded steel pipes for cryogenic equipment

Main material of ASTM seamless steel pipe:

A53B, ASTM A106B, A106B, A333GR.6, API 5L GR.B, X42, X52, X60, X65, X70, 10Cr9Mo1VNb, SA210A1, SA210C, SA213 T11, SA213 T12, SA213 T22, SA213 T23, SA213 T91, SA213 T92 Etc.

Application of ASTM seamless steel pipe:

It is mainly used to manufacture superheaters, reheaters, water walls, economizers, etc. of supercritical or ultra-supercritical boilers. Steel pipes are required to have high durable strength, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good organizational stability. They are used in engineering, coal mines, chemicals, thermal power, boilers, bridges, grid structures, and mechanical equipment processing.

Note:

ASME SA-106B seamless steel pipe executive standard:

ASME SA-106/SA-106M-2010 high temperature seamless carbon steel nominal pipe

ASME SA-106B seamless steel pipe is a pearlitic heat-strength steel, which is widely used in water walls, superheaters, heat exchangers and pipelines of large-caliber and large-capacity boilers. It works under high pressure and high temperature for a long time. The effects of boiler water, gas, stress, etc., require high endurance strength, creep strength, better resistance to corrosion by steam, hydrogen, alkali, etc., and better oxidation resistance in high-temperature working areas.
