Preparation
1. Check the test equipment to ensure that it operates normally;
2. Clean the test pipes and accessories to ensure that they are clean and free of impurities;
Test requirements
1. The test pressure should comply with the design standards or protocol requirements;
2. The test time should meet the specified time requirements;
3. During the test, the changes in the test pipes and accessories should be observed. If water leakage, deformation and other abnormal conditions occur, the test should be stopped immediately and handled;
Test process
1. Prepare test equipment and materials;
2. Set test parameters;
3. Install the test pipes and accessories on the test equipment;
4. Gradually increase the pressure in the pipe to the test pressure by gradually increasing the pressure and maintain it for a certain period of time;
5. Gradually reduce the pressure and observe the changes in the pipes and accessories;
Test result judgment
1. If there is no leakage, deformation or other abnormal conditions during the test, and the integrity and performance of the test pipe and accessories meet the specified requirements after the test, the test is qualified;
