Hydraulic tubes are basically divided into fluid pipes and petroleum steel pipes used in hydraulic systems, also known as honing pipes. Cold-drawn or cold-rolled seamless steel pipes also include hydraulic steel pipes.

Hydraulic tubes are high-precision seamless steel pipes used to manufacture mechanical structures or hydraulic equipment. Precision steel pipes are cold drawn or cold rolled. Because there is no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls of precision steel pipes, it can withstand high pressure without leakage, has high precision, high smoothness, no deformation in cold bending, no cracks in flaring and flattening, etc., it is mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic products.

Causes of leakage of hydraulic tubes

1. Pipe installation does not meet requirements

(2) The installation and fixation of pipelines does not meet the requirements

① When installing oil pipes, forcing the assembly regardless of the length, angle, or thread of the pipe will deform the pipe and cause installation stress. At the same time, it is also easy to damage the pipe, causing its strength to decrease;
② When installing the oil pipe, do not pay attention to fixing it. When the bolts are tightened, the pipes will rotate together, causing the pipes to twist or collide with other parts to cause friction, shortening the service life of the pipes;
③ Sometimes the clamp of the pipe is fixed too loosely, which increases the friction and vibration between the pipe and the clamp; sometimes it is too tight, causing the surface of the pipe (especially the aluminum pipe) to be extruded and deformed; these situations will damage the pipe and cause oil leak;
④ The tightening torque of the pipe joints seriously exceeded the standard, causing the joint bell mouth to break, thread strain, and tripping, resulting in serious oil leakage accidents.
