Production process of casing

5. Stress test

6.Silk screen

Silk-screen printing of products is a means of product customization and aesthetic improvement. Silk-screen printing during the casing production process is to print company name, brand, specifications and other information on the surface of the casing.

7.Surface treatment

Surface treatment is one of the key processes in casing production. The product surface treatment process can make the surface of the product flat, smooth, and anti-oxidation, and improve the decorative and anti-corrosion properties of the product.

(1) Shot blasting and rust removal

There are still harmful substances such as rust and oxide scale on the surface of casing products, which need to be cleaned by shot blasting to continue the next step of processing.

(2) Internal and external anti-corrosion

After the processing is completed, a layer of anti-corrosion coating is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the casing product. Commonly used coating materials include epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc. These materials have properties such as acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent the casing from being damaged by corrosion.

8.Packaging

Once the production of the casing is complete, it needs to be packaged. Packaging is a necessary part of casing production. It can protect the product, facilitate transportation and storage, and increase the sales value of the product.
