4. Stamping elbow reducing pipe fittings refer to the pipe end or a certain part of the pipe whose diameter becomes smaller; pipe fittings with crimped sealing bottom, which increase the total strength of the pipe end, and crimp or seal the pipe end to the outside or inside of the pipe;

5. For variable cross-section pipe fittings, change the circular cross-section into square, ellipse, polygon, etc. as required.

Maintenance tips for stamping elbows:

1. During installation, the stamping elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method, and installed according to the position of use. In general, it can be installed anywhere in the pipeline, but it is required to be easy to operate and inspect. Note that the medium flow direction of the cut-off stamping elbow should be upward under the vertical disc. The stamped elbow can only be installed horizontally. Pay attention to the tightness when installing the stamped elbow to prevent leakage from affecting the normal operation of the pipeline.

2. Stamping elbows stored for a long time should be checked regularly. The exposed processing surface must be kept clean, free of dirt, and stored neatly in a ventilated and dry place indoors. Stacking or open storage is strictly prohibited. Always keep the stamping elbow dry and ventilated, keep the fixture clean and tidy, and store it according to the correct storage method.

3. The stamping elbow should always be kept clean during use, and the transmission thread must be oiled on schedule. When a fault is found, stop the machine immediately, find out the cause, and eliminate the fault.

4. Handwheels should be used for stamping elbows. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damage to the valve. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close, and vice versa to open. You must be fair when you use it, and make sure it is accurate in what and how it is used.

5. The bolts of the stamping elbow valve packing gland should be tightened evenly, and cannot be pressed into a skewed state, so as not to bruise, hinder the movement of the valve stem or cause leakage.

6. When the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve of the stamping elbow are used, they are only used for fully open or fully closed use. It should not be used to adjust the flow, so as not to corrode the sealing surface and accelerate wear. There is an inverted sealing device inside the gate valve and the upper thread globe valve, turn the hand wheel to the upper position and tighten it to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.
