In the use of seamless steel pipes, it is also necessary to pay attention to the various connections of seamless steel pipes. When connecting seamless steel pipes, pay attention to the connection method to ensure the improvement of efficiency. The commonly used connection methods of seamless pipes mainly include the following:

1. Compression type: Insert the piping into the nozzle of the pipe fitting, fasten it with a nut, and compress the sleeve of the nozzle through the sealing ring with a spiral force to play a sealing role and complete the connection of the piping.

2. Welding type: the end of the piping is grooved, and the piping is welded in a ring shape by manual or automatic welding.

3. Flange type: make ring-shaped argon arc welding between the flange and the piping, and fasten it with quick clamps or bolts, so that the gasket between the flanges can seal and complete the piping connection.

4. Pressing type: insert the pipe into the pipe fitting and press the pipe wall into a hexagon with a special installation tool, and the inner sealing ring is also transformed into a hexagon.

5. Taper thread type: the external thread and the piping are ring-shaped argon arc welding, and the internal threaded pipe fittings are connected by the taper thread to seal and complete the piping connection.

Extended information:

There are three ways for pipe thread connection: cylindrical internal thread is sleeved cylindrical external thread, cylindrical internal thread is sleeved conical external thread, and conical internal thread is sleeved conical external thread. Among them, the latter two methods are more closely connected and are commonly used connection methods.

(1) Flanging flange connection. Flanging loose flanges are generally used for pipes of similar materials such as copper pipes, lead pipes, and plastic pipes. When flanging, different operation methods are selected according to different materials. The flanging is required to be flat without cracks and wrinkles.

(2) Threaded flange connection, use a flange with internal thread to connect with a steel pipe with external thread. This kind of flange is mostly made of cast iron and can be used for the connection of low-pressure pipelines.

(3) Welded flange connection. The flange and steel pipe are connected by welding. This kind of flange connection is widely used. The welding method is: select a pair of flanges and install them on the two pipe ends that are connected. If some equipment has flanges, select the flanges of the same specification to be set, and spot welding first. Correct the verticality, and finally weld the flange and the pipe firmly.
